Our Services.

ADS Formwork Ltd are a UK based company, specialising in the design and fabrication of formwork for concrete.

ADS Formwork Ltd was formed in August 2011 as a specialist subcontractor providing formwork, steelfixing and concreting services to the Civil Engineering and Building industry. The Company Directors, Alan Rosindell , Darrell Legg and Shaun Legg have considerable experience in Reinforced Concrete construction with particular emphasis on the Water Industry and the Rail Industry for which we are Link-up approved.

We can also supply carpenters and steel fixers on daily bases on a short notice both for long and short term projects. Please do contact us for rates.

We’ve worked in the Construction Industry in both the Building and Civil’s markets. We specialise in Water Treatment, Sea Defence and Environmental. We have also undertaken a major Pre-cast Sub Contract outlined in our Portfolio.

Services Overview
Steelfixing

We can offer steelfixing design services where scheduling of reinforcement requires amendment to suit our method of working. Our preference is to prefabricate as much reinforcement at ground level where operations can be more safely undertaken. Prefabricated cages can then be lifted into position with only splicing and supporting operations carried out at height.

Concrete Placement

We carry a comprehensive stock of concreting equipment to carry out all types of concrete finish to the highest standards
We have been able to provide pour sequencing advice to contractors at tender stage to maximise programme benefit.

Formwork Erection

ADS can supply and fix all forms of proprietry shuttering equipment to form structures in every environment. As an approved Link- up supplier we can carry out formwork operations in all reinforced concrete work categories for Network Rail contracts. All shuttering is supported by full design detailing and calculations.  

Cranage and Concrete Pumping

Both craneage and concrete pumping services can be provided for which we have a qualified appointed person ( AP ) and crane supervisors.
